Day One

DAY ONE- 149.4 lbs

Worked out with Kory today.  I've been seeing her since November... It's amazing how much strength I have gained.  I'm losing any weight.  She says I need to change my diet.  Exercise can only get me so far.  So here we are.  I've tried them all (paleo, atkins, the zone) and not able to adhere to the strict rules.  

Here goes nothing:

Workout

Warm up with 20 Wall balls (15lb ball)
countless snatches
Romanian dead lift - Maxed out at 115lb 3 x 3 set
Parallete pushups 20
parallete tricep dips 20

Still have to do cardio (maybe that's what I need to lose the weight)

Eat

Banana
3 c of coffee 
3 sweet n lows
